Attention Passenger!

I am almost 39 weeks & the baby is transverse (sideways) with her back to my cervix. I'm supposed to be induced this week so I know when to stop taking my shots/bloodthinners, but the baby's position complicates things a bit.

So we've prepared the following announcement for her:

ATTENTION PASSENGER! In anticipation of you imminent ejection, please take a moment to locate your nearest exit. In this case, it is behind you.
Please move towards that exit. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.

D was breech & had to be turned with a proceedure called an "external version". Here is a video if you are curious how that works. It's looking more & more like we'll have to do that again. We are running out of time.

I hope she turns for you on her own! I've never had to have an EVC done, but it doesn't look pleasant having someone push and move the baby for you! Good luck. We'll be praying for you!
